Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
- 400 g tuna, natural, can, drained
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
French tuna tart, serves 4
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Line the tart tin with the puff pastry. Mash the tuna with a fork and stir in the remaining ingredients. If you like, you can also add freshly chopped parsley. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with a delicious leaf salad. It also tastes fantastic cold.
