Leek rice with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g rice
  • 500 g leek
  • 2 onions
  • 20 g butter
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice in lightly salted water until it’s tender. Finely slice the leek. Dice the onions and fry in butter until golden brown. Add the minced meat and fry briefly. Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Cook slowly over low heat. Stir in the rice and season again to taste.
