Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) baguette(s), toasted or grilled
- 200 g cheese (goat cheese), medium-aged, cut into 8 slices
- 2 m.-sized tomatoes, peeled and diced very finely
- 1 tsp thyme, fresh, washed and chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), peeled, sterilized and halved
- Olive oil, cold-pressed
- Salt and pepper, black, ground

Tartine de chèvre à la tomato
Place the diced tomatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and toss with a little olive oil. Rub the freshly toasted, still-warm baguette slices with garlic, arrange the tomatoes on top, top with the cheese slices, sprinkle with some thyme, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Grill for 5 minutes and serve immediately with a green salad.
