Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
- 150 ml cream
- 200 ml lemon juice
- n. B. Lemon peel, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Lemon ice cream with milkmaid
In a bowl, combine the milk, cream, and lemon juice. If desired, add lemon zest to taste. Then place the mixture in the freezer and stir vigorously every hour until the ice cream is frozen; or freeze it in an ice cream maker.
