tastes like Oreo ice cream in America
Combine milk, vanilla extract, condensed milk, and salt in a bowl. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form and carefully mix in the milk mixture. Finally, gently fold in the crumbled chocolate cookies (original American Oreo cookies are best, of course). Place the mixture in a shallow metal bowl in the freezer. Stir every hour until the ice cream is firm. This will take at least four hours. If you don’t eat the ice cream all at once, it will keep in a sealed plastic container in the freezer for about a week. This is a recipe for those without an ice cream maker. It won’t be as creamy as ice cream from a machine, but it will still be delicious and (because of the cream) quite high in calories. If you have an ice cream maker, you can reduce the amount of cream in favor of milk.
