Banana Nutella Muffins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small bananas
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 80 ml oil, neutral
  • 150g Nutella
  • 100 ml milk (banana milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate sprinkles in a bowl. In a second bowl, beat the egg, sugar, oil, Nutella, banana milk, and banana puree until frothy. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into the baking cups and bake for about 20-25 minutes. That’s it!!!!!!!!!! P.S.: The amount of ingredients is calculated for one muffin tin (12 cups)!!!!!
