Ingredients for 9 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 100 g diced ham
- 100 g cheese, grated Gouda
- Oil, for frying

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine flour, milk, and salt to form a stiff dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the ham cubes and cheese. Heat the oil in a pan and add 3 ladles at a time (1 ladle for one pancake) to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve with salad. Season with pepper and other spices to taste.
