Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 20 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sift the flour into a medium bowl. Then add the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well. Combine the milk, egg, and oil and add the mixture to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix until you have a smooth batter. Heat a nonstick frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of batter to each pancake. When the top is firm, flip, cook briefly longer, and serve immediately.
