Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 9 pancakes
- 2 packs of grilled sausages (Nuremberg style)
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 1 handful of lettuce
- salt and pepper
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- nutmeg
- Caraway seeds
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Wash the radishes and slice them. Wash the tomatoes and dice them. Fry the sausages in a pan until browned. Mix the crème fraîche with the mustard and season to taste. Finely chop the chives and add them. Heat the sauerkraut. Heat the pancakes. Layer a little of each ingredient in the center of each pancake and roll the pancakes into wraps.
