Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 eggs (size M)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g butter
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and vanilla sugar, then add the melted butter over low heat. Butter a muffin tin thoroughly, especially the edges. Divide the very runny batter among the twelve holes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
