Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Jam, variety of your choice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quickly made puff pastry corners – sweet or savory

Mix flour, quark, butter, and salt into a dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut into squares of any size. Place a dollop of jam on each square, then fold each of the four corners toward the center and gently press down to prevent the jam from running out. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. Tip: If you prefer something savory, you can also fill the quark squares with cheese or sausage.
