Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • 160 g butter, soft
  • 110 g sugar, brown
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 275 g peanut butter
  • 100 g chocolate decoration (drops)
  • 20 g peanuts, chopped, salted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peanut butter cookies

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, egg, and the scraped vanilla bean until fluffy. Then add the peanut butter to the butter and sugar mixture and mix. Add the flour mixture and fold in briefly. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanuts, place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
