Cookies with cranberries and white chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 80 g white chocolate
  • 150 g sugar, brown
  • 135 g butter
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 190 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • e.g. cinnamon, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan assisted). Roughly chop the chocolate and set aside. Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add the egg and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt and slowly sift into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, then stir in the chopped chocolate and cranberries. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and place 5-6 heaps of dough on each sheet (leaving enough space between each). Bake on the middle rack for about 17 minutes.
