Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 100 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for 9 large cookies

Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Mix the baking powder with the flour, then stir in the white chocolate and dried cranberries. This batter will make 9 large cookies or 18 small cookies. For the large cookies, use a tablespoon to place small heaping spoonfuls on one baking sheet, and for the small cookies, use a teaspoon to place small heaping spoonfuls on two baking sheets. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10-15 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown. It’s important that you remove these cookies from the oven while they’re still soft, as they will harden as they cool.
