Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 175 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- 100 g peanuts, salted, coarsely chopped
- 100 g peanut butter, creamy
- 1 tsp baking powder

Cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, flour, baking powder, and finally the peanuts. Shape the dough into 24 balls with your hands and place them on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes. The cookies should be golden brown around the edges and still slightly soft in the center. Remove the cookies, including the parchment paper, from the baking sheet and let them cool on a wire rack.
