Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 45 cookie(s) (Oreo cookies, 1 gram pack)
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 900 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 225 g sour cream
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Finely grind 30 Oreo cookies. Add the butter and mix well. Press onto the bottom of a foil-lined ovenproof dish. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in the sour cream. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating briefly after each. Chop the remaining cookies and fold two-thirds into the batter. Spread the batter over the bottom of the dish and sprinkle with the remaining Oreo crumbs. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the center of the cake is almost cooked. Let cool and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 16 slices.
