Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 tbsp margarine, salted
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup(s) milk
- ¾ cup(s) flour
- ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- possibly powdered sugar or maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the margarine in a baking dish (at least 22 x 22 cm) in the oven to melt. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer until smooth. Once the margarine is hot, pour the batter into the hot baking dish and return it to the oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes. The pancake is ready once the butter has melted into the batter. You can dust the pancake with powdered sugar or drizzle with maple syrup.
