Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 egg yolks
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 300 ml cream
- 300 ml cherry brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a double boiler until frothy, then slowly add the cream. Finally, stir in the cherry brandy. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate until the foam has settled. Then shake well. It will keep for about 3 weeks (theoretically, but in practice, it’s usually used up sooner).
