Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 rolls, stale
  • some milk
  • some sugar
  • 2 tbsp fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sorbian, without egg

Sprinkle some sugar on a flat plate. Cut the rolls in half and briefly dip them in the milk (don’t let them get soggy!). Remove them and fry them in a pan with hot oil on both sides. When they’re lightly browned, remove them and press the cut side into the sugar. They taste best warm.
