Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 can carrot(s) and peas, with juice
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup of cream
- n. B. broth
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Dice the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and fry in a heated pan. Add the carrots and peas with their juices and stir. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add a little broth. Mix the cream with the flour and add. Bring to a boil. This dish goes well with potatoes, pasta, or rice.
