simply delicious and quick to prepare!
First cut the sausage into thin slices, then into thin strips. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and the onion into small cubes. Fry the onions with the sausage. Then place the sausage and onions on a plate or bowl and set aside. Now fry the mushrooms (fry until the water has evaporated if using fresh ones). Then pour the mushrooms over the sausage. Pour the 500 ml of broth into the empty pot and heat up. Melt the fat (e.g., butter) in it. Put a little water and the flour into a shaker and shake well to avoid lumps. This is used to thicken the sauce (better as a sauce thickener). Once the butter has melted, stir well and slowly add the flour mixture until the sauce has a nice consistency. Then bring to a boil briefly and add 2-3 teaspoons of mustard, if desired. Add the sausage strips and mushrooms. Heat up and serve. Rice is delicious with it. If you’re not a big fan of mustard and/or prefer something milder, you can also add a little sour cream.
