Herbs – Cream – Roast

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg roast pork (cream roast pork ham)
  • 1 pack of herbs (spicy garden herbs)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the cream roast in a glass dish or casserole dish and bake on the middle rack of the oven at approximately 180°C. Once some of the juices have released, add the onion in small pieces. Then add the bay leaves and the spice mix. Continue cooking for about 1 hour. Cream roast is available from any good butcher shop. Suitable side dishes include boiled or parsley potatoes, peas and carrots, and red cabbage.
