Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, roughly diced
- 2 slice(s) pork neck, seasoned
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g cream
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- oil
Instructions

Damperpel
Dice the potatoes and onions. Roughly dice the meat and fry briefly and quickly in a pan with a little oil. Add the onions and fry briefly, then add the diced potatoes. Do not stir! Add 3-5 tablespoons of water and a little salt and pepper, cover, and simmer for about 40 minutes over medium heat. Do not stir! In the meantime, combine the sour cream and cream and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with the meal. You can also use other seasoned meat instead of pork neck. Or, as is typical, bacon. I recommend a green salad as a side dish.
