Exotic fruit curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pineapple (baby pineapple)
  • 2 oranges
  • 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 50 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 2 tbsp juice (apple syrup), alternatively honey
  • 4 walnuts, kernels

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Extra low in fat

Quarter the pineapple, peel it, and cut it into chunks. Peel the oranges thickly and cut the segments between the membranes with a very sharp knife. Work over a bowl to catch the juice. Add the quark and cream cheese and mix with the orange juice until creamy. Sweeten with syrup or honey. Serve the quark cream with the pineapple, orange segments, and crumbled nuts in a small bowl.
