Chocolate triangles that, according to my husband, taste like wuppies
Heat the milk in a small saucepan and melt the butter in it. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with the yeast. Add the other ingredients and the warm milk-butter mixture and knead everything with a hand mixer (dough hook) briefly on the lowest speed, then on the highest speed for about 5 minutes until you have a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until it has noticeably increased in size. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Briefly knead the dough on a lightly floured surface, kneading in the chocolate chips. Divide the dough into two balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface into two round flatbreads. Cut each flatbread into 6 triangles like a cake. Place the triangles on the baking tray and let them rise again in a warm place. Then mix the remaining egg yolk with the milk and brush the triangles with it. Bake in the lower third of the oven for about 20 minutes (not too dark). Then let cool on a wire rack.
