Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 ml condensed milk, 7.5% fat
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 packs of cheese (Harzer Roller), 8 pieces
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream, long-life

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the condensed milk in a large saucepan, add the butter in its entirety and let it melt. Then add the Harzer cheese. Stir constantly until everything is melted. Add the processed cheese to the pan and bring to a boil briefly. Now sprinkle in the baking soda and mix well. Caution! The mixture will swell, hence the large pot. Now remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
