Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g minced beef
- 125 g minced pork
- 125 g minced veal
- 125 g Bratwurst – mixture, fine
- 50 g butter
- 2 rolls (Schrippen)
- ½ cup(s) milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the rolls in milk, squeeze out excess water, and mix well with the meat and seasonings until well combined. Form into evenly round, flattened meatballs and fry in hot butter until light brown on both sides. If desired, add onions.
