Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 lime(s), the juice
- 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tsp palm sugar or brown sugar, approx.
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 chili pepper(s), long-red Thai-
- 2 chili peppers, green bird’s eye chilies
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Deseed the chilies if desired and slice them into fine rings. Mix all ingredients together and serve once the sugar has dissolved. Season to taste. The dip should taste sweet, sour, and spicy.
