Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some parsley
  • some oil or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onions. Place the minced meat, onions, parsley, breadcrumbs, and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and paprika to taste. Form the mixture into fist-sized meatballs and fry in a pan over medium heat in oil or margarine until nicely browned and cooked through.
