Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 packs of processed cheese (herb or regular)
- 200 ml cream
- 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 500 g tortellini (with meat filling)
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- e.g. milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the cream with the processed cheese and the passata in a saucepan. Stir continuously with a whisk until the processed cheese melts completely. Bring to a boil briefly. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce. Stir well, cover, and let stand for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
