Water sparrows are quite easy to make. For four people, you need about 600 grams of flour and five eggs. Mix the flour and egg until they form a viscous mixture. This is then scraped into boiling salted water with a tablespoon. When the water sparrows float to the top, they are ready. They taste best with hash browns or goulash, but you can also serve them with preserved fruit.
