Sheet pancakes with apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 3 large apples
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Super easy

Whisk the eggs with the milk, sift in the flour, and stir in the salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Dice the apples and fold them into the batter. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the batter on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (200°C fan-assisted oven) for approximately 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving and enjoy with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
