- 400 g potatoes
- 100g salami
- 1 can kidney beans, kidney beans
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- oil

Recycling leftovers
Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water or dice old potatoes from the previous day. Dice the onions, peel the garlic, and finely dice the salami. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, then add the potatoes and fry until browned and crispy. Then press the garlic over them with a garlic press and mix everything together. Add the beans and salami and heat through. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. You can also add bell peppers, corn, or other vegetables, depending on your taste.
