Asparagus casserole with potatoes and ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 asparagus
  • 500 potatoes
  • 250 ham, smoked, diced
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very quick and easy

Peel the asparagus and potatoes and cut them into roughly equal-sized pieces. Mix them in a casserole dish with the ham cubes and cream and bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
