Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 75 g margarine
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cube of yeast
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- possibly herbs

Perfect for barbecue season
Make a yeast dough from flour, margarine, oil, yeast, lukewarm water, milk, and salt and let it rise. Melt the butter. Crush 1-2 garlic cloves, if desired, and add them to the butter along with herbs, if desired. Tear off pieces of dough and coat them in the garlic butter. Place them side by side in a springform pan and bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
