Garlic – cream cheese – herb dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of herbs (8 herb mix)
  • 1 point cream cheese
  • 1 pkt. margarine, small
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cream cheese and margarine thoroughly (with a fork or a mixer). Then stir in the herbs and crushed garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit for a while. It tastes great as a dip for any vegetable or as a spread. It’s best left to sit in the refrigerator for several hours.
