Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg cream cheese
- 4 onions, red
- 5 cloves garlic
- 12 g salt
- 2 bunches of chives
- 200 g cream
- 200 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the onions and dice them into small cubes. Peel and mince the garlic. Finely chop the chives. Mix everything together thoroughly in a large bowl. Add a little more cream if the mixture is too thick. This pairs perfectly with fresh baguette.
