Salad dressing with fig aperitif vinegar

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp vinegar (fig aperitif)
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for leaf lettuce, lamb’s lettuce

Whisk together the vinegar, oil, water, and mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Adding sugar isn’t necessary, as the vinegar already provides a natural sweetness. This amount is enough for a salad for two people. If you need more, simply double the recipe. This dressing is delicious with all leaf salads and lamb’s lettuce.
