Pasta with Shrek sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 400 g pasta
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • some ricotta or parmesan
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Zucchini sauce that was created through experimentation and is enjoyed by all children

Cut the zucchini, peeled or unpeeled, into large pieces, depending on your taste, and sauté in a little water. Drain the water completely; you can pour it into the pasta cooking water and add the sour cream to the zucchini. Blend with a hand blender until creamy and season with salt and pepper. Serve the cooked pasta with the sauce and top with grated cheese, if desired. Fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, or lovage are delicious.
