Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large avocado(s), very ripe
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 4 m.-large mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

according to Tini’s recipe

Peel and pit the avocado, then chop the flesh into small pieces and mash it finely with a fork. Chop the egg and mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the avocado along with the remaining ingredients. I personally like to put the whole thing in a blender afterward to make the cream even smoother. Tastes great on whole-grain or protein bread!
