- 100 g fresh leaf spinach
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 handful of pine nuts or walnuts
- Vinegar (walnut)
- Oil (walnut)
- basil
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Magic Salad
Tear the spinach, dice the mango, cucumber, and mozzarella, and roughly chop the nuts. Season with vinegar, oil, and herbs. Let it sit for half an hour.
