Apple pudding with chia seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples, sour
  • 400 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • some cinnamon to taste
  • some vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 1 point agar-agar or 1 sheet of gelatin
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Wash, core, and dice the apples. Simmer in the oat milk for 10 minutes, then puree and season with cinnamon and vanilla. Sweeten to taste. Stir in the gelling agent and bring to a boil. (For the gelatin, soak it, squeeze it out, and dissolve it. Then stir in some of the hot mixture, then stir the gelatin into the hot mixture.) Stir in the lemon juice and chia seeds. Pour into glasses and let it set.
