- 100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 300 g cream cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic

delicious vegetarian spread
It’s easiest to prepare using a Thermomix or another food processor with a chopping function. A good knife will do, of course, too, but it just takes a little longer. First, finely chop the dates and garlic clove. Then add the slightly chopped walnuts and mix with the cream cheese, adding a little salt. Transfer to a suitable container and let stand for at least an hour.
