Salad dressing with honey and mustard

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 ml water
  • 30 ml vinegar (not balsamic vinegar)
  • 60 ml rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp, heaped herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar, preferably brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard (honey mustard, e.g. from Maille)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

suitable for all salads

Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth. If you like, you can also add onions; I prefer to add them directly to the salad. This dressing goes perfectly with any summer salad, and it’s also great with meat or cheese in salads.
