Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- 30 g ground almonds
- 40 g flaxseeds or chia seeds
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Form into palm-sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly, then enjoy. One roll contains about 3 g of carbohydrates.
