Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 8 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

This recipe serves 500g of chicken breast. Peel the ginger and garlic, and remove the seeds from the chili. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl with the meat and let it sit for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
