Ingredients for 4 servings:
- olive oil
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30 g pine nuts
- 2 m.-large carrot(s)
- ½ head of savoy cabbage
- 2 tsp cumin
- 300 g smoked pork
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 liter chicken broth, homemade
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Chop the onions into sticks and garlic, then fry in oil over medium heat until lightly browned. Gradually add the pine nuts, the chopped carrots, and the bite-sized savoy cabbage, and fry them as well. Season with cumin, add the diced smoked pork, and top up with the chicken stock. Peel and dice the potatoes, add them, and simmer in a covered pan for about 30 minutes.
