Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes (baby whole grain flakes)
  • 80 g raspberries or strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Baby food from 6 months

Heat the milk and stir in the whole-grain flakes. Bring to a boil briefly and simmer for about 2 minutes while stirring. Rinse the berries, puree them finely, and pass them through a sieve to remove the seeds. Mix the berry puree into the milk and serve. Tip: It’s easier to use ready-made fruit puree from a jar. For babies, however, only use without sugar, additives, or flavorings!
