Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g arugula
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g grapes
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Wash the arugula and place it in a large bowl. Chop the fruit and mix it in. Add soy sauce (preferably Kikkoman), salt, and sugar, and mix well.
