Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g arugula
- 2 apples
- 200 g grapes
- 3 tangerines
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Wash the arugula and place it in a large bowl. Chop the fruit and mix it in. Add soy sauce (preferably Kikkoman), salt, and sugar, and mix well.
